The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the Trevi Fountain and good local restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and offered me complimentary espressos, made my mornings lovely.
There was some noise from the hallway.

the room is good and beautiful and there are pleasant views on to the garden below. a safe, a kettle, and a terrace are available. it offers brilliant, great location. the hotel provides a terrific service. the staff is lovely, fine.

Close to metro and a short walk to Trevi Fountain. Staff were helpful and reception was staffed 24/7. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious with a large bathroom.
Breakfast was very limited in choice, mainly sweet pastries and coffee.

The air conditioning left much to be desired!!! Unpleasant odors from the rooms interrupted our stay. Management should address the ongoing noise disturbances effectively!!!

Very pleasant personnel. We were allowed to leave our luggage 2 times for storage - on arrival and on departure.
Internet was not working in the room. Only in corridor bettween 3rd and 4th floor. Beds are "asking" to be replaced...

Had good and beautiful room with a balcony and wake-up service was available in it. The staff was lovely, fine, and responded promptly to requests.
Shame the bathroom was quite small.

This small family run hotel has a terrific location and yet is a modest and accessible hotel. The roof top breakfast room and the help of the front desk made this work well for our group of 14.
The tiny elevator encourages walking up and down the 6 flights and while a good value, it could be cleaned a bit better.

Absolutely horrid experience. First of all, my room wasn't ready until 3, while others were checked in. And let's not even discuss the AC-barely working. The breakfast was definitely not worth waking up for. I almost thought of leaving a good review, but could not get over the terrible service.
